Membership Application Process

To become a member of the Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association (MARGMA), applicants are required to complete the following steps:

Processing Time: Applications are typically processed within 1 to 2 months.

Note: Applicants will be contacted if additional information or clarifications are required during the review period.

Submission of Company Profile
Submit all necessary documentation providing a comprehensive overview of your company’s background, operations, and compliance with industry standards.

Payment of Membership Fees
Remit the application membership fee as stipulated in MARGMA's membership fee schedule.

Application Review
The MARGMA Membership Committee will assess your application and evaluation findings to determine eligibility for membership.

Site Visit or Evaluation
Coordinate with MARGMA to facilitate a site inspection or undergo an official evaluation to verify operational credibility and alignment with membership criteria.

Issuance of Membership Certificate
Upon approval an official MARGMA Membership Certificate will be issued to your organization.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Non-Transferability

Membership is strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Validity Period

Membership is valid for a period of one (1) year from the official date of approval.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations within 14 days of registration are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable entrance fee.
  • Cancellations made after 14 days from the date of registration are not eligible for any refund.
Submission of Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and may be sent via official letter, fax, or email to the MARGMA Secretariat.

Business Information Centre

Information and updated on technology, regulatory, market development, commercial, economic reports, business news, statistics, and trade directories are available for reference in MARGMA Office.

Representation of Members’ Interests

Representation of your industry’s problems and concerns to the Government.

Exclusive Social/ Educational Events

Exclusive invitations to participate in Corporate Social Responsibility, seminars, conferences, workshops, members’ networking sessions and factory visit.

Discounts

Preferential rates for participating in Exhibition or Seminar organised by MARGMA.

Provide all the mandatory information supporting your company (Refer to page 6)

Arrange for a site visitor will be evaluated by MARGMA

Membership applications are normally processed with in one to two months. We will contact you during this period should we require any further information

Terms & Conditions

  • The Membership is strictly not transferable under any circumstances and non-exchangeable.
  • The Membership is valid for 1 year from the date your application.

  3. Name of Company (if applicable)
  4. Form 24 -Return of allotment of shares
  5. Form 44 -Registration address for the Company
  6. Form 49 -Statement of Particulars
  7. Bank in slip for the Membership Fee

Ordinary Membership

Ordinary Membership is open to all bona fide rubber glove manufacturers in Malaysia.

Entrance fee of RM500.00 and annual subscription fee of RM2,000.00.

Associate Membership

Associate Membership is open to organizations directly involved with the rubber glove trade/industry.

Entrance fee of RM 500.00 and annual subscription fee of RM2,500.00.
