MARGMA 38th Annual General Meeting 2026
The Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association (MARGMA) successfully held its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 on Saturday, 25 April 2026, at the Jasmine Junior Ballroom, One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya.
The morning began with an insightful panel discussion titled “The Next Generation of Glove Leaders: What Will It Take to Stay Relevant?”, which brought together leaders from different generations and industries to share their perspectives on leadership, competitiveness and the future of the rubber glove industry.
The distinguished panel featured Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai, Executive Chairman and Founder of Top Glove Corporation Berhad; Mr Kuan Mun Leong, Chief Executive Officer of Hartalega Holdings Berhad; and Dato’ Yong Yoon Li, Managing Director of Royal Selangor International Sdn Bhd.
The session was moderated by Ms Freda Liu, Broadcast Journalist, who facilitated an engaging and thought-provoking discussion on leadership evolution, business resilience, innovation and industry transformation.
The AGM then proceeded with its formal agenda, beginning with the opening remarks by MARGMA President, Mr Oon Kim Hung, who highlighted key developments and achievements in 2025, as well as the Association’s priorities for 2026.
The AGM also saw the election of Committee Members for the new term. MARGMA congratulates the following elected office bearers and Committee Members:

The AGM concluded with lunch, marking another important milestone for MARGMA as the Association continues to strengthen industry collaboration and advance the Malaysian rubber glove sector.
